Job Description:
 A multinational pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a Brand Manager to join them in their office in Dubai, UAE. The company is a reputable firm, able to attract and retain high calibre candidates dedicated to working in a professional environment.

Key aspects of this role include:
- Managing the marketing plans and activities for dermatology business in the GCC region
- Setting strategic plans for assigned products and to align with local marketing activities in different markets
- Accountable to achieving the agreed sales quota, market share gain and growth
- Leading a team of product managers in different markets and acts as a product champion and a central point of contact for all marketing-related activities
- Carrying out regular analysis for pharmaceutical markets through statistical data, marketing surveys and field researches

 To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidates based in UAE only
- Bachelor degree of pharmaceutical /medical studies
- Experience in managing dermatology products is a must
- Having more than 5 years of overall experience in Pharma industry in Sales and Marketing fields
- Previous exposure to different markets within GCC region is an asset
- Ability to work in a matrix or cross functional structure
- Possesses critical thinking & problem solving skills
- Successful track record of delivering business results
- Excellent presentation and English communication skills
