Job Description:
Our client is a multinational company and are looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to join their team in Egypt. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and undertake order fulfillment post sales
Essential requirements to be successful in the role are as follows
  1. Excellent customer service skills
  2. Expertise with import, export and finance documents
  3. Exceptional coordination skills
  4. Knowledge of Warehousing

  • Only candidates based in Egypt will be considered
  • Bilingual expert business communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably with a multinational company
  • Knowledge of electronic stock management would be a benefit
