Job Description:

A multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for Operations Manager to be based in Qatar. Our client will provide successful candidates with a professional working environment, stability and opportunities for growth.

Key aspects include:
- Developing the retail commercial strategy and action plan and ensuring that sales target is achieved
- Executing sales plans in line with the approved medical strategy and allocated budgets
- Developing partnership with the distributor sales team and liaising for the sales trends and stock management
- Managing directly the negotiation and deals with key accounts
- Coaching the field force on selling, promotion, merchandising skills and others
- Forecasting the annual commercial budget

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidate willing to work in Qatar
- Possesses excellent knowledge of retail pharmacy channels for dermatology and cosmetics products
- Key account management experience
- Proven experience in people management is a must
- Distributor management experience
- Ability to develop detailed analysis and provide sound judgment and recommendations
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic language
