A reputable and well established multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for a Regional Business Excellence Manager - MEA to be based in Dubai, UAE reporting to the Commercial Director. This client has the ability and reputation for being able to attract and retain the very best talent on the market, so competition for this opportunity will be high.


Key aspects of the role include:
- Maintaining CRM, Business & Market Insights and Digital applications and responsible of the good adoption by all the users
- Coordinating the implementation of new/existing OpEx capabilities to ensure process timelines are adhered to plans
- Be the single point of contact for OpEx queries/information requirements  and enabling escalation and rapid resolution of in-market issues t
- Delivering Performance KPIs for Activity and Sales to Country and regional Management team on a regular basis (monthly and quarterly)
- Recommending strategies and tactics to improve sales and customer experience
- Participating or leading projects, initiating ad-hoc analyses and engaging in the process of knowledge development


To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Degree: degree of higher education such as Master, or Bachelor in a relevant field of expertise
- At least 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry  is a must either in house/consultancy experience
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical data such as IQVIA data and CRM databases/systems; experience in digital marketing in the pharmaceutical sector
- Knowledgeable of assessing, understanding and using OpEx capabilities and experience in Veeva system
- Ability to influence and persuade without authority
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Excellent project management skills, delivering multiple projects concurrently
- Strong overall commercial acumen, able to identify and interpret a range of business needs through engagement and interaction with end-users
- Understands the sales organization and the requirements
