  • Enterprise RPO (eRPO)
    In this case, the client’s intent is to outsource the whole recruiting function and centralize it through Kinetic. The contract periods in ePRO range from two years and longer.
  • Project RPO (pRPO)
    With the Project RPO (pRPO), clients can pick and choose which aspect of the recruitment process they need assistance with and would therefore like to outsource tp Kinetic. (i.e. market mapping or screening of applicants and then handing them off to the client’s internal HR staff).
