Dhiren joined Kinetic in 2025 and heads up our RPO division. He has over 12 years of experience in building high-performing teams and delivering scalable hiring solutions for clients across multiple industry sectors.

Dhiren is originally from the UK and moved to the UAE in 2013. He holds a degree in engineering from The University of Bolton and speaks English, Gujarati, and French. In his spare time, he enjoys Formula 1, history, and fine dining.
