Insia joined Kinetic in 2026 and brings experience across fashion and events, and most recently worked in sales and marketing.

She supports the team across day-to-day operations and marketing activity, using her background in business and marketing to keep things running smoothly and support wider marketing initiatives with Amy.

Insia holds a BA in International Business Management with HRM from Heriot-Watt University Dubai, graduating with distinction, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Marketing at the University of Birmingham Dubai, due to complete in June 2027. Born in Mumbai and raised in Dubai since the age of 2½, Insia is 23 and outside of work, you’ll find her reading fiction or getting creative with crocheting and painting in her spare time.
