Ana is a Key Account Executive on the Pharma team at Kinetic with over 10 years of recruitment experience, including 5 years with the business. A Psychology graduate by background, she has lived in Dubai for 8 years and specialises in the Pharmaceutical sector across the MEA region.
Throughout her career, Ana has built a strong reputation for her people-first, consultative approach. Her background in psychology supports her ability to understand behaviour, motivations, and long-term career drivers, enabling her to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates and deliver tailored hiring solutions across Life Sciences.
Ana has supported a range of successful placements across the industry, including Head of Engineering, Associate Director of Medical Affairs, and PMO Director.
