Chris is the co-founder of Kinetic and brings over 20 years of recruitment experience, specialising in the life sciences industry. With a career spanning the UK, Australia, and more than a decade in Dubai, he has been key to Kinetic’s growth and the development of its strong reputation. 2 years ago, he established our UK office as part of our global expansion.

He is highly regarded in the UK and META region as a trusted search partner who adapts seamlessly to the evolving market landscape, providing solutions that meet the unique needs of each client and candidate. Leveraging highly effective recruitment skills, he excels at building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, demonstrating deep industry knowledge, exceptional networking abilities, and consistently delivering a high-quality, tailored service.

Outside of work, Chris is a regular on the squash court and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
