Alexander joined the Kinetic team in 2026 as Client Partnership Manager, bringing over 6 years of recruitment experience and more than 10 years of industry experience across Germany, Argentina, Kazakhstan and the UAE.

Alexander focuses on management-level and senior appointments across the Industrial, Life Sciences and Commerce sectors, drawing on his background in strategic business development, market analysis and building long-term client relationships. He holds an MBA in Consulting & Digital Business and speaks four languages: English, German, Russian and Spanish. He particularly enjoys working in innovative markets, supporting companies as new therapies and medical technologies reach new markets.

Originally from Germany, Alexander enjoys boxing, cycling, reading about new AI tools, playing board games, trying new restaurants, cooking and painting.
