Airei leads the Medical Devices team at Kinetic and has worked in recruitment since 2011, joining us in 2016. She brings over a decade of experience within the MedTech sector across the META region.

Raised in California, she relocated to Dubai in 2016 and has since built a strong track record supporting clients and candidates across the region. Known for her relationship-led approach, she combines deep market knowledge with a practical, people-first style.

Outside of work, Airei enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time at the beach and outdoors, and playing as quarterback for the UAE Eagles flag football team. An animal lover, she shares her downtime with her rescue dogs, Kiki and Lola, and enjoys relaxing at home watching her favourite 90s classics with them.
