Alexander recently joined Kinetic as Client Partnership Manager, bringing over 10 years of professional experience and more than six years in recruitment. With a background in strategic business development, market analysis and relationship management, he works across the Industrial, Life Sciences and Commerce sectors, focusing on developing new business opportunities and supporting senior-level hiring requirements.
Having lived and worked in Germany, Argentina, Kazakhstan and the UAE, Alexander brings an international perspective and an understanding of different business environments. He relocated to Dubai in 2025 and holds an MBA in Consulting & Digital Business from the Swiss School of Management.
Alexander has a particular interest in innovation and the technologies shaping the future of business. From artificial intelligence and digital transformation to emerging therapies and medical technologies, he enjoys exploring how new developments are changing industries, creating opportunities and influencing the skills businesses need.
Outside of work, Alexander enjoys boxing, cycling, cooking, board games and exploring AI tools.
