Caron has been in the UAE since the age of 7, after moving with her family from Saudi Arabia. She has worked in recruitment since 2019 and joined Kinetic’s Medical Devices team in 2023.

As a Senior Research Executive, she plays a key role in identifying and engaging the right talent for clients across the sector. Recent roles she has supported include Business Development Specialist, Service Engineer, and Clinical Education Project Coordinator. Outside of work, Caron is a keen foodie and enjoys spending time at her favourite comfort restaurant, Mogiya with friends.

🌏I can speak 2 languages – English and Hindi, and I’m currently learning Japanese.
