Evan is a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Industry & Commerce division at Kinetic. He joined the business in 2023 and brings over 5 years of recruitment experience across both the UAE and Ireland, where he is from. He specialises in the Industry & Commerce sectors, supporting clients and candidates across a diverse range of roles.
Recently, Evan has successfully placed candidates in positions including Business Development Manager, Process Engineer, and Head of Treasury. He is known for his relationship-driven approach, strong market awareness, and consistency in delivering results for both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Evan enjoys travelling and making the most of new experiences with his fiancée. A keen footballer, he’s often on the pitch, and also enjoys spending time with his dog, Reggie, who is a big part of his downtime and always keeps him on his toes.

📖The title of my autobiography would be “You Make Your Own Luck.” I’ve always believed that results come from putting yourself in the right situations, having the right conversations, and staying consistent, something that translates directly into how I work in recruitment.
🏝️My favourite place I’ve travelled to is Thailand – the food and the islands are unbelievable. New York is also a big one for me, as it’s where I got engaged, so it’ll always be a special place.
🦜My spirit animal would be…a parrot. constantly talking to people, always curious, and never really staying quiet for too long.
✨The person I’d love to swap places with for a day is Tony Robbins, mainly to understand how he thinks, makes decisions, and influences so many people at scale.
⏳My superpower would be…teleportation – the ability to go from home to any live sporting or music event instantly.
