Our longest-serving team member, Sophia, has been part of Kinetic since the very start in 2012 and plays a key leadership role within the business.

She is a Business Manager, heading up our Pharmaceuticals team and supporting clients across the META region with specialist recruitment solutions. With a degree in HR, she has worked in recruitment since 2008, building experience across the UAE, Oman, and India before joining Kinetic and establishing herself as a core part of the team. Sophia’s approach is shaped by both her industry knowledge and her long-standing commitment to the business, helping clients and candidates navigate an evolving life sciences market with confidence.

Outside of work, she is passionate about fitness and enjoys spending time outdoors, often hiking with her husband, son and daughter.
