Kinetic Business Solutions is proud to announce that Managing Director Rudy Bier has been elected to the new INRALS Board for a two-year term, following the network’s General Assembly in Sweden earlier this year.
Rudy will take responsibility for Internal & External Affairs, joining a newly elected Board focused on continuing to strengthen collaboration, international partnerships and the global reach of INRALS.
For Kinetic, this appointment represents another important milestone in our involvement with the International Network of Recruitment Agencies in Life Sciences (INRALS) and reflects our continued commitment to connecting Life Sciences organisations with specialist talent around the world.
A new chapter for INRALS
The newly elected INRALS Board brings together representatives from across the network, with Caroline Hoelzle appointed Chairwoman, alongside Rudy Bier, Debbie Anderson, Daniel Gąsienica and Nicola Mantovanelli.
The new Board will build on the work of the previous leadership team while continuing to develop INRALS as a truly international network of specialist Life Sciences recruitment agencies.
Rudy’s appointment will see him contribute to the network’s internal collaboration and external relationships, helping strengthen connections between INRALS members and the wider Life Sciences community.

Strengthening Kinetics’ role within INRALS
Kinetic joined INRALS in 2024 as the exclusive representative for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
Since then, our involvement in the network has continued to grow. Rudy and Kinetic General Manager Chris Atkinson represented the META region at the INRALS General Assembly in Warsaw in 2025 before returning to Sweden for the 2026 Assembly.
